Above the traffic and bustle on a Bronx street, a queen works her magic. Jenny Bui has come to be known as “The Queen of Bling” for giving Cardi B her famous jewel-encrusted manicures that can be seen on red carpets and in her music videos. She has been working on her nail artistry for more than 20 years, but life didn’t always sparkle for Jenny. She was born in Cambodia and fled the oppressive Khmer Rouge regime as a child.
