You guys love when I make celebrity clothes for cheap, so of course when miss Kylie had her party last night and I I saw this look on Instagram, I decided I had to have it! So I tried to DIY it and make a style dupe myself 😛 (and it wasn’t easy lol. in fact, it was kind of a fail but the dress still looks awesome lol)
