This Card B outfit is so inspiring I did a DIY. When Cardi B makes an Instagram post you gotta see what she’s wearing, or at least that’s what I do. In a recent post, the celebrity drew attention in a fabulous dress. Bandanas make up this entire dress. The original design is by Natasha Zinko and retails at over 12 hundred dollars. So instead of scrolling past, I decided I would try my own DIY version of this cute outfit.
The basics of this DIY is a base dress in the right style and sewing bandanas on top. It has an intentionally messy style which is part of what draws me to this fashion. I created the rough design of the look before I start working with bandanas to get the final outfit. While there aren’t very many steps to complete the look it still takes a considerable amount of time to get the bandanas in place.
To complete the video I just had to channel my inner Cardi B and put on my DIY bandana dress. I did my best to mimic the celebrity outfit from dress to shoe and even hair. This hairstyle is so cute but I did need some help. My sister put all of the bandanas in my hair and braided around it. In the end, I had a complete Cardi B recreation and I was happy!
