This time for a super chic hat/fascinator perfect for those southern themed bridal showers or Derbys/ Polo Matches!!

All the items needed for this SUPER EASY diy are listed below!

-14 in Wilton Cake Circle/board
-1/2 yard of satin fabric
-Liquid Fabric Glue
-Scissors
-Plastic Knife
-Glue gun & Glue sticks
-1in thick Elastic Band
-Needle & Thread
-Any decor you want to use to decorate hat such as feathers, flowers, or appliqués
