Then again, singers do borrow styles from past and present celebs in order to reinvent themselves all the time. This doesn’t make Nicki Minaj a copycat. It makes her a pretty wicked entertainer. Besides, in the real world, everyone copies everyone, right? No one really owns a style. You wear or do whatever you like as long as it makes you happy.
